Why do so many Pokemon learn Agility at high levels? You get excited that they're learning a new move and it's fucking Agility.

I should go.

Depends on the move.

Probably a holdover from Gen 1 where Speed affected Crit rates.

I leave a spot for cheese moves like thunder wave and sand attack.

You can't go back and change the beginning, but you can start where you are and change the ending.

Yup... glad I'm not the only offense only players. I use to have two psychic types with an array of special attacks, so I could knock out anything with one pokemon, most times

Things that buff attack, speed or special attack two stages or 1 stage of two stats, are almost always worthwhile.

Like 90% of CE topics are the same way lol. CE is edgy/contrarian as f*** and will do anything to troll the TC/OP. -Touch

All status effects help with catching. Sleep provides not only the best bonus to catch rate, but also makes the opposing pokemon unable to act giving you free turns as well.

Sleep in general is also just useful as it's the best status effect you can inflict with a status move. The only better status effect is frozen which currently there are no reliable ways to freeze an enemy.

Lol I was gonna say freeze is better but yeah, it's basically impossible to inflict. I think I've frozen enemy pokeymans maybe two times across the like seven generations I played.

I'm sorry, but 10,000 of ANYTHING on a PS2 would absolutely destroy your framerate. It'd be like playing chess through the mail. ~johnboy1
