Im going to channel Lokarin in this topic and give you a vague description that may or may not actually match the game im looking for

I believe it is a series of rpg maker games, although I only recall ever actually encountering one entry. I was young when I played it, and it was quite difficult, heavily involved politics, and was overly verbose, like a PO post in video game form. Even the title was some sort of pseudointellectual nonsense. Again, i was quite young, so it probably wasnt all THAT complicated but Im pretty sure its known for its use of "advanced" language.

Final hint, i think it was a two word title, one of the words beginning witheither f or ph

BOOM baby thats the one, knew it as soon as i saw it, thanks lok. looks like i was wrong on the two word thing but after googling it the full title is "psycho-political drama phylomortis" so there must be some politics???
