When did you buy it?
Bought it at Walmart.com on 11/4, Walmart says shipped on 11/6, but first activity shown on FedEx website is on afternoon 11/7 (2:14pm "Picked up"), at a town ~3 hours away.

This morning at 4:28am, it shows "At local FedEx facility" essentially in my town; at 6:56am "On FedEx vehicle for delivery".

I'm pretty sure FedEx and pretty much every other logistics company does a lot of transport overnight to get packages to where they need to be for delivery. It's entirely possible that they could deliver it today.

Oh snap. Since when did major couriers (UPS, FedEx, USPS) deliver on Sunday without some exorbitant special service fees? Thought only Amazon did that through their own delivery network or contracting USPS.

The FedEx Ground facility I work at doesn't ship on Sundays, but I think I've gotten Express deliveries on Sundays before.

Right, thought Sunday deliveries were reserved for their special services. But I know Walmart just shipped it with cheap shipping because who cares about this cheap TV lol

i paid 20$ to ship it (bought 2 month's worth) if buying 1 it's not so useful to pay extra.

I wouldn't worry about a little drop like that. Those things take a lot more abuse at the sorting facilities. That's why they're packed tight with styrofoam.

Yup. Just unpacked it and plugged it in to see if everything works before I start mounting it on the wall. It works fine.

I finished my own basement (studs, drywall, electrical, plumbing, vapor barrier, insulation, and doors), repaired my concrete driveway, and other various home tasks; mounting a tv is literally childs play.
