Mine is based on an alternate history civil war, and if the CSA took over all the Americas, it is also based of of timeline 191 a bit as well.

I had a nation from the week the site launched for years, but eventually life happened and it CTE'd and purged. I would easily have one of the oldest nations.
I've probably made a dozen nations over the years but got bored with them pretty quick. The one I have now is much more fleshed out and detailed. This one has been going for about 4 years. I'm trying to crack the top 10 for Environment Friendly. I have maps and cities and flags and history for this one. I named the country after my wife and made all of the cities references to our relationship history, likes and hobbies, important dates, shit like that.
