Refuse to pardon Donald Trump.

I mean that's about the best we could hope for. He's never gonna sign any bills into law, McConnell is just gonna go right back to refusing to work with the Executive branch. Besides the fact that they're all emboldened by being rewarded for this with reelection, you can tell they're all starting under the assumption that they will refuse to work with Biden by their comments. Lookit Lindsay Graham making headlines today for saying that Biden deserves a cabinet. In other words, the base assumption is, we will refuse to work with Biden, so a statement is necessary to inform that, "oh yes, we'll be gracious about it and give him a Cabinet, and probably a budget each year."

Anything else ain't happening.
