dont even bother asking them ebay folk to lower prices. ive tried asking a couple of them few years ago to lower the price on Earthbound for the SNES one time.

Even old movies for VHS like Rainbow Brite the Movie Star Stealer gets pretty expensive on both ebay and amazon.

i swear people that sell their crap on ebay and amazon theyre so set in their ways where they think its just find ending up as scalpers hoarders

Scalpers are just an inevitable part of Capitalism, unfortunately. Of course there are different forms of scalpers, there are ones that take advantage of the fact that something is short on supply and if they happen to have it on hand sell it at the same gouged price as everyone else. Then there are those scalpers that purposely buy an item that is limited in quantities, sometimes even in bulks, to create artificial scarcity to sell it at a premium price.

Brand new this is a $500 graphics card when it launched last week. I told this guy "Nice of you to charge for shipping while still gouging the price."

He's since ended that listing and relisted it for a cheaper-but-still-higher-than-retail price.

Never try to barter/lower price reasoning with a scalper/hoarder whatever on ebay when it comes to old SNES games made out of plastic and computer chips.

one time i even asked a fella from ebay if he could bargain lower the price for Earthbound for at least 35 bucks. he told me no.

I think he was trying to sell his copy of the game for a hundred bucks at the time

It's ebay. Just buy from someone else.
