The agent takes care of everything with the courts and the defendant only needs to pay the agent whatever he charges for his services. His supporters only need to raise 200-400K, but then that money is gone (to the agent). Kyle can't pocket GFM money raised for his bail unless they stupidly raise the full 2M.
