No, but their efficacy is difficult to gauge well from the studies and summaries I've read.

The concept of free radicals being harmful for long-term health due to the genetic damage they can cause is fairly well established, and anti-oxidants are, by definition, molecules that can "capture" free radicals. Beyond that, however, I would defer to the best regarded recent studies on the subject.
