Honestly he isn't completely wrong. Unfortunately Trump has already done so much damage by making half the country take the virus less seriously. Trump getting defeated won't fix that, half the country will still think its a joke and not want to wear masks. Their hate for Biden for beating Trump might make them even MORE stubborn.
Then they will be energized to vote out Biden, and then next election may just go to the Republicans. Whereas if Trump gets elected, the Democrats will likely win the next election and possibly with a better leader than Biden.
