He was watching the sunset with his girlfriend when suddenly he was shot from behind with a bullet striking the back of his neck at 5:15pm!! Paramedics were called as they rushed the teen to St Luke's University Hospital where he was pronounced dead Kutt was with his girlfriend sitting at the edge of Old Ridge Road in front of a lake waiting for the sun to set when a gunshot rang out and struck him and he fell backwards. His girlfriend saw a male hunter dressed in a bright orange vest standing behind a gate 500 feet away and then ran off. People with hunting permits are allowed to hunt on state park as Satuday was the last day of the season when they could use firearms to hunt deer and small game It would have been difficult to confuse Kutt, who is 6'3 and waring a hat with a bright orange brim for an animal as police say they want to get to the bottom of this as they don't know if it a crime has been committed yet Prosecutor Weintraub has called on that hunter to come forward and share information on the shooting which he believes may have been a "terrible accident" as they AREN'T looking to charge that man but want answers...
