The detective telling a grieving woman that her husband has been kidnapped and wants her last Wonka bar as a ransom and her saying she'll "think about it". The creepy scarfaced dude who approaches all the children on live tv to whisper in their ear. The candy boat ride that nightmares are made of. Gene freakin' Wilder. Of course the film is from 1971 and the Surgeon General's warning was another 13 years away.
