Bernie Pagel, the landlord of this park wrote that letter as he says rent increases will be necessary under Biden as prices of taxes, utilities and groceries will rise on Biden Those claims are unfounded Silver Spur Campground, an RV Park located in Fort Morgan caters to utility workers advertises for rent of 625 to 650 a month Marquez has lived there for 20 years and the damage of a significant increase will hurt them and says "Our family lives paycheque to paycheque and right now we barely make things out with what we got" Does Bernie look like trailer trash to you?
