FedEx is awful. I was supposed to get a game today on Day One and the package is still waiting to be picked up. Never had issues with UPS.

FF7 Remake showed up looking like someone had taken a knife to the back of the case and attempted to carve their way in. Disc was fine without any damage, but still odd. Soul Calibur 6 which came with it had no such damage.
Got told Persona 5 Royal had shipped 2 days after I ordered it. Cool, would arrive in about a week. 3 days into that week the delivery date moved a day back. The following day, another day back. This repeated for about 4 days. A couple of days after that it was moved back about 4 more days away. A couple of days after that the delivery moved back by a week. By the following week, it was still being delayed every day. By the time the thing finally showed up, it had been a month after I had placed the order. Couldn't track it either, the number magically stopped working. This shit simply didn't happen the last time I ordered from their website years ago. --- Tell me Bats, what are you REALLY scared of? I ordered shirts from a website and it is using fedex to ship and it says it is shipping from New York to me but the only update is that it was picked up in El Paso, TX.
