i eat once a night at 7pm. I workout during the day. The only toughest part is being hungry at work. I need energy to keep me going. What's a good liquid for energy? Besides coffee?

Water, tea and coffee basically.

I mean you can opt for a sparkling water or soda, but they can't have any sugar or man-made 0 calorie sweeteners.

Yep going for weight loss. I'm already on a diet but decided to really step it up.

You will be able to fast longer and more efficiently if you lower carbs and sugars, decrease omega-6 fats and eat more omega-3 fats.

I would say eggs would be the best food option for you that meets all your macros.

these keep me full for quite a long time for either breakfast or lunch. only need 2 of those per day.
3-4 hours before i turn hungry again.

not a weight loss option i turn them into breakfast burrito's.

Why not coffee? When I do long fasts I use caffeine to get through. It helps suppress hunger pretty good.

I do one 24 hour fast a week and do the normal 16/8 for the other days.
