Honestly if you get hungry, you need to buy some benefiber and mix it in with water. Fiber helps you feel more full, it's completely flavorless, and it's good for you when you are trying to lose weight. Brown rice doesn't taste amazing but you can eat a lot of it and keep the weight down. If you hard boil a couple eggs and mix it in with the rice, it's a high protein, healthy meal for workouts. Fish and chicken over red meats also, if you like baked fish and can do it with garlic and a bit of salt instead of butter, that's real good for you also.

Fresh veggies are gonna be better than frozen also, get fresh broccoli, steam it to maintain nutrients and it's better for you in while costing about the same.
