Don't wear a vest, dont wear a tie and don't wear black (especially blazer/black pants)

In fact, if you want to be considered stylish i would suggest going into your closet and getting rid of anything in black

Black dress pants, black shirt, black vest. roll the sleeves up (properly, not that Italian mafia shit). I assume you know dress shoes go with this. if you choose a tie, pattern ties go over plain shirts; plain ties go over patterned shirts.

Belt should always match the shoes.

To those saying don't wear a tie/vest/get ride of all back don't live in Vegas (a fashion capitol)

don't listen to this guy lmao

and vegas is absolutely not a fashion capital

some of the guys that work at clubs are fashionable (but mostly wear well cut suits with edgy shoes)

vegas is too hot and too touristy to be anywhere close to a fashion capital

fashion capitals are SF, LA, NY, maybe miami

no, black is the least fashionable color in existence. in fact, it's not technically even a color. for anyone trying to be fashionable my #1 advice is to never wear black. being stylish is a lifestyle, i can look stylish in sweats because i know what i'm doing.

for haircuts, go for a james bond/david becham esque fade on the side with styled hair up top

This is coming from a guy who bases his suits off an imaginary $10,000 watch.

To say Vegas is to hot and list SF is the obvious joke; thats more humid and just as hot. What it comes down to is where you;re going; if youre going to a club, black is fine. if you're going out to dinner, wear colors.

It depends on a lot, but I won't claim to be some "Fashion expert" or whatever.

Body type, setting, mood all matter. If it's a first date skip the vest, tie and blazer. be yourself in the cleanest way.

But to say Vest, Ties and blazers are wrong is not correct. Mr. NO_U_L7 doesn't seem to actually know what he's talking about if you follow his topics. Or Maybe he does and lived such a privileged life he doesn't even know how to take care of another living being. who knows?

have you seen the majority of what CE looks like? people here have no idea how to dress

you don't want to listen to the majority...you want to listen to the people who actually know what they are talking about

i've studied style for years, particularly in relation to seduction. i'm telling you what actually works. if you don't want to listen to people who went through these same struggles and actually figured it out instead of random people chiming in just to chime in, then that's on you and hopefully you'll learn from your failures

vest is wrong 100% of the time, tie is wrong 95% of the time, blazer is right 70% of the time but the 30% of the time you get it wrong it will be a disaster

(and if anyone was wondering, black is wrong 92% of the time)

i know exactly what i'm talking about, i study style websites daily for the last 10 years

Didn't, and never will ask for proof, cause it doesn't matter and I don't care. try.. just TRY to imagine people don't have access to the same clothes you do, but still make it work. I dress in all black all the time and I still get attention from ladies; I just don't care. you want to think "fashion websites" dictate taste, thats on you. But as the former manager of a Vegas lounge (quit 2 years ago because of owner was a sack of shit); I believe you have less info than you think. i have never suggested anything ITT that actually costs money...you can duplicate my style for much cheaper

best case scenario, all black will do is make you blend in with the sea of other men wearing black trying to look stylish and edgy and failing at it

that's better advice, but for an 18 year old's first date at a restaurant 3x fancier than applebees, that's overdoing it

you don't want to be 18 and the only person in the restaurant wearing a suit

and since TC is so inexperienced, i really doubt he even knows how a suit should fit...and it's really easy to get the fit wrong. i could tell you a million horror stories of what i've seen

Dont overdo it with your outfit. Go for a casual-fancy look. Nice jeans with brown shoes, with a white/blue dress shirt with the sleeves rolled up and a watch. people wear black because it's an "easy" color to pick out that they "think" goes with everything (it doesn't) and they think it makes them look "bad ass" or that it's "slimming" (also false)

let's just assume that black actually looks good. when you go to a night club, what percentage of guys do you think is wearing black pants, shirt or jacket? at least 60% right? that means that if you swap out colors you can immediately stand out more than 60% of guys. you just need to know how to match color combinations, which is really easy. 99% of the time navy or charcoal can be swapped in and it will make a massive difference.

this contrast actually makes a HUGE difference, since black blends in so much in darker lighting, if you wear even a blue jacket you'll pop out so much more

I didn't know his age, which is why I brought up it matters on the situation. You don't wear a suit for a bowling date afterall. As an 18 your old, you're way more right than I am, I'll admit that. but I lacked info and context. I want into this as a 28 year old.

vegas may not be the fashion capitol of the world, but it is the pick up capitol of the world

that said, i've spent years in the world of pick up...and 98% of guys in the community i meet are completely disappointing. would not be surprised at all if the guys you are meeting are just flat out atrocious

that said, you really need to define "can't close". especially in this day and age, you have to be very gentle when trying to close and letting girls leave if they want to

so, i try not to look at percentages but rather raw numbers. if they are getting a girl home every day of the week but only closing once a week...that's still extremely good

you also need to factor how hot the girl is and put that in relation to the guys. i have no shame in admitting i close a smaller percentage of the girls than i take home (i don't keep track, but i would say 1 in 6)...but every girl i take home is drop dead gorgeous...whereas i'm not. if i'm sleeping with a gorgeous new girl once every 2-3 months, i'm fine with that even if it's a 16% pull to close ratio
