I got left at a mall on a field trip. Luckily, a girl we knew had skipped that day and was at the mall with her boyfriend. We rode back with them, and when we got there, we found out that the vice principal had just left for the mall, about an hour and a half trip. We ended up getting in trouble, and somehow the school leaving us when they knew we weren't on the bus didn't matter.

This event ended that yearly field trip for whatever grade it was.

You went on a field trip to a mall nearly 2 hours away? What for? And the girl skipped and decided to go to the same mall the school was going to nearly 2 hours away? Weird situation all around.

Yeah, it was. She knew we were going the mall, I don't why she decided to go there, but she got caught because of bringing us back. The trip was to see a play, and everyone went to the mall to eat and bullshit around after.
