Im tired of resorting to bitch ass tapatio and sriracha for my spicy sauce needs. I want something thatll make me want to rip my shirt off due to the spice and also rip my pants off due to the taste. Okay maybe not too spicy because I'm sort of a bitch ass myself but a good balance of both is what I really want.

GIVE IT TO ME CE

I've eaten many hot sauces, from table-style to super-hots. Here are my personal picks:

3. Grace Jamaican Style Hot Pepper Sauce

A bite of heat with every bite. Versatile--I use it with almost everything.
.

2. Spice Exchange Carribean Style Pepper Sauce

Tasty, usually with a sweetness that smooths the sting from the heat.
.

1. Pain Is Good Louisiana Style Hot Sauce

Favorite "happy medium" hot sauce. Excellent balance of heat and flavor.

I don't have any suggestions for commercial sauces, but I've been making my own hot sauces for a couple years with peppers I grow myself and the results are starting to really come together.

These are the sauces I made in the last couple months:

Fuck all of these answers, I got you man.

https://heatonist.com/collections/mild-hot-sauces/products/humble-house-ancho-morita?variant=378310524937
Humble House "Ancho and Morita" - Low on the heat scale, but very smoky. VERY good with pulled pork and mac and cheese

https://heatonist.com/collections/medium-hot-sauces/products/hot-ones-los-calientes?variant=12149340045428
Hot Ones "Los Calientes" - Good on most things, but PHENOMINAL on mexican food. These are a game changer for tacos/taco salads. Solid amount of heat, but it won't kill you unless you're super sensitive to heat

https://heatonist.com/collections/medium-hot-sauces/products/queen-majesty-red-habanero-black-coffee?variant=378299973641
Queen Majesty "Red Habanero and Black Coffee" - EXTREMELY unique hot sauce, it goes well on about everything. I never thought ginger and coffee would be great in a hot sauce. Maybe a little cooler than Los Calientes, but still has some heat.

https://heatonist.com/collections/medium-hot-sauces/products/hellfire-detroit-habanero?variant=378306723849
Hell Fire Detroit "Habanero" - Just a fantastic every day hot sauce, great on about anything, but I use it mostly for scrambled eggs. This one is a bit hotter than the previous ones at around 100-300k scoville.

https://heatonist.com/collections/medium-hot-sauces/products/torchbearer-son-of-zombie?variant=12102226837620
Torchbearer Sauces "Son of Zombie" - If you get any sauce from this list, get this one and Los Calientes. Holy mother of god this sauce is amazing. It's a very sweet, but complex taste (I mean, look at that ingredients list!). This is my go to wing sauce. It's hot to the point where you can't smother wings with it, so I put a few dabs on and spread it around. Trust me that this sauce is amazing.

https://heatonist.com/collections/hottest-hot-sauces/products/hot-ones-the-last-dab?variant=378416136201
Hot Ones "The Last Dab XXX" - A little too hot for me for most things, but god damn this sauce REALLY enhances soups. Everytime I have chicken noodle soup, a few drops of this goes into it. When it's diluted by the broth, it has a very complex taste from the Pepper X peppers and the turmeric that really transform a basic soup.

https://www.torchbearersauces.com/product/garlic-reaper/
Torchbearer Sauces "Garlic Reaper" - This sauce is just damn awesome. You're slammed up front with a ton of garlic, and very shortly after the carolina reapers. This is about the hottest I go for wings, and I do the same thing as with Son of Zombie, just putting a few dabs on and spreading it around. This goes great in soups as well.

https://www.torchbearersauces.com/product/zombie-apocalypse-bottle-5oz/
Torchbearer Sauces "Zombie Apocolypse" - In my opinion, this sauce is hotter than The Last Dab XXX and I only really use it in soups because it's a scorcher.

Hope you enjoy this list! To be honest, stick to sauces on Heatonist.com, they're a very very good source for great hot sauces.

This guy is way more correct than everyone else in the topic.

Los Calientes is the perfect step up into these sauces (try it on eggs too) and Last Dab is just XXXXX hot. Like next level shit.

In addition to all of his recommendations I'd add:
https://heatonist.com/products/karma-carnival?variant=2039525376009

Shit is incredibly hot but still has a bit of flavor to it. I use it as a next level taco sauce or anything that has tomatoes in it. It seemingly blends really well with any pasta red sauces or anything similar.
