They keep trying to give me more responsibility the better I do and longer I'm there but that is just less incentive to do a good job

I've realized that since I'm working on 2 projects from 2 different project managers who rarely talk, I can just tell each one that I'm working on the other's project. Work still has to get done, but since they don't realize how long the other task takes i can milk it for a ton of time
