I paid my car off in June, but technically next month will be the first month I have the extra money left over. It's seriously going to be awesome not having to pay my car off every month.

When I was 30 I got a mortgage (350k ..... gulp... but its Colorado so that is normal). It feels weird to be in debt even though I have equity. Suddenly I went from money flooding in to slowly accruing with more than half my income going housing + utilities + food. ... Copied to Clipboard!
