$300 plus BC taxes, so almost $350. Had it ordered in and the guys at the store said its the nicest case theyve seen. Its got two pieces you can flip for 6, or 7/8 string guitar necks, and the other is for a small or large body. I stored some strings below the switchable neck piece. Pretty sure when they did the body, they coated the entire thing minus the fretboard in clear as well.

Not currently. But its like riding a bike. You have muscle-memory and can proceed from where you left off. Plateau-ing is another thing. Id avoid that.

Wow, I'm certianly no expert however I've been playing bass and etc since 1991 and this is the best case I've ever seen as well. You always want to go hardshell if possible but this thing is like the Rolls Royce of cases.

I am, sort of. Bass player since 1991 as mentioned, drummer off and on since 1993ish, guitarist here and there since 1998, and most recently keyboardist with a semi-serious intent since this year (good ol' COVID has me practicing a lot). As a drummer I still really need to work on perfecting my timing over my chops so I've been trying to play along to a metronome when possible now which has been challenging for me.

The case is an Ibanez MR500C. Not sure why it doesnt say Ibanez anywhere on the outside... kind of disappointing. Heres a link to it: https://www.ibanez.com/usa/products/detail/mr500c_01.html

To get the imperial specs, move the decimal place left one place (not sure why its in mils) and then divide by 2.5. Unless it converts it based on IP.

Ive been wanting to pick up a six-string bass for a while now, if not just to play the Schism riff and Seinfeld theme haha.

I need to play guitar more. I actually got it out a couple of weeks ago and just played on it. Didnt plug it in though.

If I had more space Id probably play mine more. I dont ever set up the amp because its too loud for where Im at and its only an 80-watt solid-state.
