Trip gets canceled back in May. I am promised by a rep that I will get a full refund within 8 weeks. Check back 8 weeks later and someone says due to COVID things have slowed down but my request is still on the queue and they've already confirmed I'm eligible for the full refund. Check back today, and my request was rejected. I ask wtf happened and they say they can put it back on the queue but it will take another 8 weeks.....so I'm not getting my money, right? This week go on forever until I'm dead?
