I'm in constant state of not feeling hungry but not feeling full either. I've been eating nothing mostly greens, fiber bars and lean meat. It's been over a week so I guess it'll take me a little longer to get use to it. I drink a lot of water too.

White rice. Like a fuck ton, and I love raman and pho which are filled with carbs and sodium. I cut those 3 things out. No rice, no noodles and no bread.

It will be a lot of drinking water and a lot of protein eating. Nuts are your friends, seafood like fish and shrimp are your friends, and bacon is your friend too believe it or not

Seems like you need to up your fat content for this to work. Without carbs fat becomes you main source of full and energy. Bacon is the easiest, but a lot of cheese and eggs could do the trick.

Oh yeah hard boiled eggs is also part my new diet. I eat like 4 of them in a day. I love Cherios as well.

Make sure you're protein amount is higher than fat, but like everyone else has mentioned, make sure to include fat into your consumption.

If you think this is strange feeling, wait until you become fat adapted. Usually occurs after about 6 weeks, but your body just knows to start pulling from your body fat for energy----it's bizarre. I constantly felt like I had energy and was never hungry. Of course, depends on how much much body fat you have also.

Keep in mind eating a lot of greens can cause Kidney stones. Something to consider if you're prone to having them.

Well, I don't feel weak or out of energy or having some strong craving for carbs. I my stomach just feels unbalanced for lack of better words.
