They'll be priced equivalently to zen 2, presumably as well. So for the price of your 3700X you can get a 4700x, or possibly get the 3700x on a price cut if you wait. For a rtx 3080, you'll need at least 750W PSU. Maybe go 850W if you want to be safe. Only get a crazy mobo if you plan on overclocking, otherwise just get one without bells and whistles. That's an expensive CPU cooler. I would just get a Noctua that fits your case.
