Biden is literally the continuation of Obama's regime. Sure he may be progressing a little, but Obama would be doing the same now if he was able to do a third mandate. There's progressing a few steps (Biden) and there's progressing the whole staircase and above (Sanders).

There is no way it can be a "continuation" if Biden wins he is going to have to dedicate most of his time to trying to fix the vast amount of damage Trump has done to the nation and our interests at home and abroad.
