Just spent an hour grinding my stuff to 8 levels above the average for field monsters... Tamers have ones 4 levels above that average. And since they mix up their team types, it means it's just annoying as heck and tedious but gives better exp. Action rpg platformers usually aren't my thing, and cold steel looks entertaining story wise, but that battle system looks like some weird hybrid of FFX and a bunch of full team assault RPGs that I now hate thanks to Trinity Universe. If you don't know what that game is, it basically created all the mechanics you use in hyperdimension neptunia, but with waaaaay longer and unskippable attack animations.
