It has been at least a week. I noticed that I was eating less and all the bottles of kombucha tasted the same. Yesterday, one of my favorites - pesto tortellini - just lacked taste. I boiled it some more today thinking I had undercooked it. Then it hit me. I lost taste. You know what food tastes like so you do not necessarily notice right away.
