To me Metallicas early albums have good sound but are overly long for how repetitive they are. And this is coming from someone who frequently listens to 10+ minute songs. Their songs don't justify the length. Everything after And Justice is poop. I'm not too into thrash for the most part so eh. Load and reload should have been one album with the best song from each. St. Anger has a couple OK songs but no solos and the production make it terrible.
