As far as reheating goes, I prefer to do it enough to remove the chill. I don't like when the steam gets on my face and my glasses.

If I'm reheating rice, I have no choice but to reheat it a lot or else it tastes crunchy.

These two replies are more about eating it sooner rather than later. Not about eating it hot rather than cold.

I prefer hot food to be hot, but not piping. If it could burn, I wait a bit.

Coffee I now prefer fridge-cold. Hot is good, but I rather drink than sip. But fuck room-temp coffee.
