Well you are assuming both parties are bright enough to not just accept that DNA test. Some might call/look up this DNA center and see its real then leave it at that. I wouldnt do it. This might be irrelevant to you and me but its not irrelevant to the general public

I mean, they say there's no need to submit any samples since they just give you whatever you fill out on the form. Wouldn't your partner be suspicious if you get a DNA certificate without either of you having been swabbed or something?

You are still assuming that everyone would have that line of thinking. A simple lie to a naive/trusting person is all it takes to convince them. Just say I got some DNA while you were sleeping and if they believe it... thats it.

Nah, this definitely benefits woman more. Whats stopping them from just slapping any man(s) name they have a slight history with on the certificates and claiming hes the father? It happens even without fake test.

If they are openly advertising this, wouldn't that make every real DNA test center they send out email from illegitimate and they would in turn lose a ton of business from their real DNA testing. They state they have a team that will answer questions if anyone calls that local real DNA testing facility, which probably violates HIPAA, who knows.
