It brought Mark Kleiman to my attention. he has some questionable moments like his support and advocation for the D.A.R.E. program but he also helped decriminalize Marijana in some major ways. He has some interesting view. Then again anecdotally speaking my evidence for that is probly due to the fact ive cut back a ton and dont even smoke daily vs back when i was a true stoner and the shift from smoking to vaping was around the same time my use dropped off.
