Like in Ghost of Tsushima, one of the outfits you can wear has an artifact-finding ability that causes your controller to vibrate when you're close to certain collectibles.

At its base level and through 2 upgrades the range is 30 metres. The final "upgrade" doubles it to 60 metres.

Not only is it less accurate, it actually completely changes the rumble pattern as well, to the point where it doesn't even vibrate as strongly when you're right next to something as the previous level did.

In fact I learned after that even the official strategy guide recommends never upgrading it to the final level >_>
