I was using ZQuil for a while there, haven't bothered to get any more in a bit tho.

Melatonin pills. I dont even really have trouble sleeping, I just like complete assurance.

melatonin. I work late then double back as a teacher and sometimes need help

Melatonin sometimes.
It doesn't really help me Fall asleep but does help me stay asleep. Trippy fucking dreams, as well. I've also used Benadryl but it's usually unpleasant. --- ... Copied to Clipboard!
