I do remember one occasion, back in the 2000s, when a guy I used to know ran up and down a suburban street completely naked, one evening. I know this isn't exactly flashing, but I guess it involves public nudity. The reason he did this is...unimportant. How do you feel when you see someone flash? Good? Bad? He thought it would amuse me to see him run up and down the street naked...and it sort of did. He and his friends were like that, anyway. Their Saturday night thing was to go to the main pub in my hometown - the noisiest, raunchiest pub - and when they were drunk enough, they would strip off and run around the town either in their underwear, or naked.
