I just don't subscribe to the concept. I believe there are people who are ready to lash out and cancel people for anything bad. But I also believe it's a minority of people likely who was never interested in the person in the first place, and few actually get long-term "cancellations". Most of the short-term ones for big names are done by executives and producers until they simply get picked up by something else, or even taken back altogether. People are quick to forget and move on. If cancel culture was truly real, then many of these celebrities and big names should be out of work by now. But only a few select ones are.
