I finished the classics up to 10, all the X games, and am near the end of Zero 1. My favorite and the only one I have replayed multiple times so far is X4. Its perfect to me (as long as you don't use the boss weaknesses against them.) It's just a shame they drop the ball at the end... 7 is definitely underrated and has a killer soundtrack along with a decent weapon selection.
