now im 210ish and i fit the same clothes.
what's going on? is that all muscles? if i lose the extra 30 pounds will i be smaller than i was before? i do strength exercises, but not a lot... i dont even maintain proper protein levels. is all my fat in my feet or something --- Sig ... Copied to Clipboard!
