Tanking is the only role I avoid like the plague. In OW if I got locked into tank I'd just wing it and throw the match.
You receive the most toxicity as a tank, and at least as a healer I can let people die if they piss me off --- ... Copied to Clipboard!

Healing: technically hardest role that is hard to quantify.
DPS: second hardest role that is lowkey undervalued, higher value cap than healing. Tank: overrated role with low but vital skill floor and medium but game changing ceiling. I play DVa like 90% of the time in overwatch(I only do qp classic) and people go 4 dps and ask for a shield tank lol
