I keep focusing on worries and it keeps me up at night and makes me irritable at home. Work has felt unbearable and I definitely had a full on panic attack about 2 months ago (heart was racing, I was on the floor flailing around and throwing random items screaming) which is completely unlike me, 100%. Thankfully I was at home so my wife is the only one who saw. This didn't start until March. I think all the things going on have been too much for me. I've always had some mild to moderate anxiety and just dealt with it but I keep thinking I should reach out to my Dr about medication. I'm just scared if side effects and have read about it being difficult to come off of them when they aren't needed anymore. --- We all ate the biscuits, Fighter. We can all see through time.
