Are you saying these phrases are to do with race? Because they're not.

Black sheep were traditionally segregated from white sheep because there was a greater call for white wool. Therefore the literal black sheep of the family was kept from the rest.

White Knight is to do with the colours they wear, not the colour of their skin.
