I'd get that checked out. If you're having numbing pain down your leg you might have a disc herniation or bone spurs.

How did that happen? I have to do a root cause analysis.

Sounds like a crushed disc or bone spur is pressing against your sciatic nerve. You should get that checked out my dude. I feel your pain I was immobilized with agony from the same thing a few days ago.

Ha, Im not sure tbh. It could be from when I messed my other foot up and had to limp for a while. Funny thing is, I fucked my knee up bad (like MCL/ACL tear or sprain) when I was like 15 hooping in the cold I had to hop home on one leg because my other one simply didnt work and that healed just fine.

Go to your primary care doctor/general practitioner. If you've got neither go to an urgent care clinic.

Go to your floor or a cold flat surface preferably. Lay down face up. Bend your knees up to straighten your back. Keep your arms down for awhile you will feel pain but it's good pain probably even have a hard time breathing. Resist the pain as it will go away in a bit. Stay like that for a while to easy your muscles and bones. Once the pain goes away use your phone but make sure you keep your elbows in the ground as much as possible.

Sounds like mine day to day. I have herniated and crushed discs, my L4 and L5 are the size of a piece of paper and L5 is herniated. I would recommend a spine specialist and take it from there.

I had a spinal cord stimulator put in to help manage the pain, I refuse to take pain pills. I have been dealing with it since 32 due to the trade I learned and worked. I do Yoga daily along with 30 mins of brisk walking, I would run but it makes the pain worse and I end up having to lay in bed all day.
