I have no desire to watch the video, but looking at the screengrab for the video it seems like they are going out of their way to be annoying. The guy with his tits hanging out is not near anyone, yeah I would like it if he were wearing a mask but I wouldn't target him. Focus on people ignoring both masks and social distancing.

Those two guys are f'n annoying. The people without the masks on and saying dumb shit about God, equally annoying, but at least they didn't walk up and start doing so.
