Some strong theories that I have heard, that are completely believable (in my eyes).

1. Dr. Disrespect is a character that the man behind it can no longer differentiate between real and fake, he started doing outlandish things under the character Dr. Disrespect when it was wholly inappropriate (for example going to Twitchcon to bang young girls under character). He might have doxxed and threatened the life other streamers too under his "character".
2. Same thing as number one but he did purposefully and trying to play off bad things he's done as "Oh, that's just my character, I didn't do that!" Twitch said no fuck that, you're banned you can't doxx and threaten the lives of other streamers. Or something like that.

The only thing Twitch has said was that be broke the Terms of Service / community guidelines, that bullshit. They haven't given a specific reason why though and its been a month. I wonder why everyone is so hesitant to say what he did.

Twitch doesnt fear repercussions, they just have zero reason to state anything beyond you broke terms of service

even streamers that get small 24 hour bans, or longer non permanent bans sometimes dont even get told why they were banned, just the broke the terms response

Not really. He did stream from a public bathroom at Twitch Con or whatever the hell it was. And he did cheat on his wife with another streamer. So there could be merit to him saying that he started excusing his own behavior by telling himself he was in character.
