Current Events > Turned on my PS4 with a controller, now none of my controllers are connecting.

Thought it may have used up the last of it's battery so I start charging it up and grab another one. No connection. Tried my last one and same thing. It flashes light blue for about 15 seconds then stops. I figure, just plug in the cable, so I do just that and they still aren't connecting even though the cable works like it should.

What went wrong here?

whenever i have issues with the controller not connect, i reset it. theres a small button you can push in with a pin or paperclip thatll reset it. then try to pair it like normal (by plugging it in, then unplugging it, or by manually doing it)

New problem! It shut itself off due to nothing being done so I turned it on with a plugged in controller. The light bar turned a solid light blue and is stuck like that. Tried wireless, same thing. I don't know, I wanted a PS5 but I had FAR more issues with my PS4 than I ever did with the Xbone.

I think mine did that once and I ended up just physically unplugging the console and plugging it back in to do a hard reset and it fixed it.

I have a weird problem where one Playstation Move controller just doesn't turn on or charge anymore.

The PS4 has a few weird things with it. Sometimes plugging in a controller syncs it and sometimes it doesn't. Losing power in rest mode causes the console to freak out. Hopefully you'll get it to work. Sometimes it just suddenly works again in my experience.
