Let's not be too hard on the cops. I know I'm not and they are trying to help a lot of the time. I don't know how he meant it. But really there is a lot of that out there where people don't see through the bs. And it's not just matter of opinions. What goes on with people is more complicated than that sometimes. And sometimes it's made more complicated by all sorts of things when it really shouldn't be. People can vent. I just read people's opinions and have had people do things to me where what is actually going on sometimes and it's pretty clear to me some people really don't know what is what. It's oppressive. They want it that way too because it puts blinders over peoples eyes as far as what actual kindness is. The cops deal with it too. But it's a tough job because it's what they do etc, etc...

Cops are really an easy target. People who speak out in general. It's really gotten pathetic. I think what viacomcbs is doing is worse. They say they condemn all this stuff but it's clearly what serves them. It could be people trying to do good but the more this stuff goes on and what they actually do they aren't really getting it. And honestly cops aren't that easy. They are so stuck in their ways it's absurd sometimes. It depends though. Having to deal with it is not worth it sometimes. They think what they think and they think what they think. Why should people have to jump through hoops to deal with other peoples nonsense and bigotry. Especially when they just blame you for it anyways. That's their whole mindset anyways just ignore it.

That was meant to show how desensitized TC was to this sort of thing, which is pretty sad, and that's why people have been sharing empathy.

Other questions are... questionable, but you should be talking about those instead of TC's.

And besides that one other guy who backed you up, you're really just wasting your time. No one else cares. If I go onto a board of racists and racist mods, and I post "wtf, this is racist and should be deleted," I'm wasting my time. Assuming you view yourself as the "hero" or "paragon of justice" or whatever, you should share the same viewpoint. It's just a waste of energy.

Its really easy to judge someones desensitized behavior as disgusting when you dont have to have the psychological barriers built up in your own mind to deal with witnessing severe trauma on a continual basis.

Everyone deals with things in their own way, and anonymous venting online isnt really that odd of a behavior, in the grand scheme of things.

My advice, prince, is to be careful. Compartmentalization is one thing, but becoming overly desensitized is a dangerous road. Ive been there, and it will negatively impact every aspect of your life.

Every once in a while, youve gotta let yourself feel it.
