99% of the time, no. Someone who works out and get that right punch in can KO anyone if you land it right. You see that sometimes in those bully high school videos and the scrawny, skinny kid closes his eyes, swings one big punch for his life and just connects right and knocks the big bully the fuck out.

Possibly. If it's a street fight, anything goes, and you can catch them with a good shot to the eyes, throat, or balls, then you could turn the tide in your favor. But if they maintain total control, forget it.

Of course a joe CAN win, but the odds are slim. The difference even between the worst pro at just about anything is miles beyond a random beer league brad, let alone random joe.
