How many calories per 1 cup (1 oz) bowl WITH 1/2 cup (.5 oz) of skim milk?










1 - Hot Mama Pickled Sausage - 160 Calories
2 - Outback Steakhouse Bloomin' Onion - 1954 Calories
3 - One FULL JAR of Vlasic brand kosher dill pickles 32 oz. - 0 Calories

On to this week's item. How many calories are in one serving (1 oz. or 1 cup) of 1988 Nintendo Cereal System Cereal WITH 1/2 cup or .5 oz of skim milk?

This cereal released in 1988 and contained a divided box, one side was Mario Bros Cereal and the other side was The Legend of Zelda cereal. It basically tasted like fruit loops.

In a standard 1988 bowl? Or a standard bowl today? This is relevant since RACCs (reference amounts customarily consumed) were revised recently and nutrition facts panels were updated to reflect new labelling guidelines.

I'm going by the nutrient facts on the side of the actual 1988 box of cereal, like if you bought one off of ebay, those guidelines on the original box.
