People here still buying half-condemned houses for 100k and then renting them out for 1k after shoddy repairs.

no change. think i managed to get into my new place as a result then again i was told i was put back to the top of the list and they had an opening for me.

starting to reap the benefits of a lower rent (won't have to pay as much) end up surviving slightly easier though my electric went up 20$ but still lower than the old place.
