It didn't jump the shark though. It's not like they kept Derek alive after he had brain damage, that would be jumping the shark.

Im saying both are ridiculous so....the distinction doesnt matter.

If I am being 100% serious the final straw with me was the plot line of the clinical trial. The fact that Grey is still there after that or the Chief is ludicrous and the way its handwaved as NBD is so lazy

It still didn't jump the shark in any way. If it did then it wouldn't have the viewership that it has.

Does it really matter? The show has been bad since the beginning, only got worse as it went on. But regardless of the shows quality (or lack of)
