Would you?

You get the option to meet the perfect girl (or guy). Whatever that means in your mind is who you'll meet. As attractive as it gets in your eyes, with your preferred personality, interests that overlap with yours as much or as little as you'd want, etc. And she will fall for you fairly quickly. Exactly how your relationship progresses will be up to you, but as long as you don't turn into a total scumbag or something you'll stay together and be as happy as it gets.

However, roughly ten years from when you meet, she will die. You don't get to know how it will happen. Could be an illness, could be an accident, murder, anything. Might be instant, might be something that takes a few months, you have no way of knowing until it happens.

Would you want to meet her even if you knew roughly when she would die? Would you want to meet her, but only if the moment you agreed to this deal you forgot about it so her death would be a surprise to you? Or would you prefer to never meet this person?

Make them the best ten years possible.

Question... Can I tell her?

Hmm...I suppose so, but think honestly about whether or not your "perfect girl" would actually believe something like this

I already met the perfect person for me, they're right next to me. I don't know how long they'll live for but I'm very aware it might not be for long. Since we've been together they've become near totally bedbound. We're planning on getting married but it will have to be at home. It'll be lucky if we get 10 years together.

If we could have 10 years of good health I think I'd go for that. Even if that was all.

If it was someone with a pre-existing terminal illness, sure, but not some magic Death Note style shit.
